Managing users profiles and roles

Who can use this feature? 

  Super Admin Site Manager Team Admin Surveyor Collaborator Viewer
Manage users :check_mark: :minus: :check_mark: :minus: :minus: :minus:

 

Super admin manages system users while the team admin manages only the users of their own team. 

The following information is updated from a user profile (additional values can be edited from your own user profile)

  • Edit the profile image
  • Edit the user name
  • Change user roles
  • Send password reset email

Modifying users from Teams.

    1. From the header, click on Settings.

    2. Select My Teams from the dropdown menu.

    3. Click on the user that needs editing.

    4. Make the changes.

    5. Save.

 

Modifying users from the Space

The following information can be updated in the user list.

  • Edit the profile image
  • Edit user name
  • Change user roles
  • Change user type
  • Send password reset email

    1. From the header, click on Settings.

    2. Select Users under User Management.

    3. Click on the user that needs to be edited.

    4. Make the changes.

    5. Save.
