Issue symptom
I can not log in to my Beamo account because I forgot my password or Space ID.
Resolution steps
You can request the password reset or Space ID at the log-in page of Beamo App and Beamo Portal.
Beamo App
1. Tap [Forgot account?] at log in.
For password
2. Choose the [Password] tab
3. Input your Space ID and email address.
4. Tap [Send].
For Space ID
2. Choose the [Space ID] tab.
3. Input your email address.
4. Tap [Send].
Beamo Portal
1. Click [Forgot account?] at log in.
For password
2. Choose the [Password] tab.
3. Input your Space ID and email address.
4. Click [Send account info].
For Space ID
2. Choose the [Space ID] tab.
3. Input your email address.
4. Click [Send account info].
