Introduction
The Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) login feature adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a second verification method in addition to your username and password.
In Beamo, a Super Admin can require all users to enable 2FA. However, if a user changes their iPhone or authentication device, they may need to reset their 2FA settings.
This user guide explains how a Super Admin can disable the "Force 2FA" setting for an individual user.
