Sharing the 3D Workspace

Introduction

Create a password-protected link to each survey to share it with the external users out of the enterprise network. The embedded link is available for a limited time.

Who can use this feature? 

	Super Admin	Site Manager	Team Admin	Surveyor	Collaborator	Viewer
Share

Password-protected link

1. Click [Share] button on the sidebar and the dialog box opens.

2. Give a title to this shared survey.

3. Select [Share]tab.

4. Select [All] or [Partial].  
   • In case of [Partial] , select the points by dragging on the plan.

5. Set the password for the link. 

6. Set the expiry date. The default expiration date is set for 30 days.

7. Select the options to share with the external users or not.

   • All: Tags, Guided Path, Mini-map, Measurement, and Time Comparison.

   • Partial: Tags, Measurement, Mini-map, Floor Plan.
     Note：Toggle on both Floor Plan and Mini-map when you want to share the actual Floor Plan. 

8. Click [Generate link] to get a unique URL and copy it to share.

 

Embedding link

1. Click [share] button and the Share Sub Menu opens.

2. Select [Embed].

3. Give a title to this shared survey.

4. Select the options to share Tags, Guided Path, Mini-Map, Measurements, and Time Comparison. 

5. Click [Generate link] to get a unique HTML and copy it to share.

Note: Unlike password-protected links, the embedding link doesn’t have an expiration date.
