Generating the Timeline Report

Introduction

You can look up different surveys in similar locations and export or print them as HTML-formatted files.

A Main still shot Displays a still shot of the point being displayed in the 3D Viewer.
B Searched still images Searches and lists the points in each survey that are closest to the main still shot point, based on the selected date and day in the calendar.
1 Title Editable as the title of the Timeline Report.
2 Created Date The created date of the survey containing the mail still shots.
3 Plans Shows the overall floor plan and point locations of the main still shot survey.
4 Detailed location Displays the shooting position and orientation of the main still shot point.
5 Select Date Opens the calendar for selecting the date and the week.
6 Select date/day Displays the selected time period.
7 Preview Zoom in on a still shot.
8 Copy an image Copy that still shot to the clipboard.
9 Still shots detail  Displays the survey name and creation date of the still shot.
10 Select All Select all the still shots.
11 Deselect All Deselect it.
12 Export Exports the main still shot and selected still shots.
13 Close Close the window.

Generating the Timeline Report 

  1. Click the [Timeline Report] icon in the sidebar.
  2. You will be taken to the Timeline Report view and see a still shot of your current location, a floor plan, and your location on the floor plan.
    Note: The title defaults to Site Name/Plan Name/Survey Name/Point Name and can be edited.
  3. Click the [Select Date] to set the time period you want to compare and click [Done].
    If you only want to select specific days, click a day at the top to select it.
    Note: Only days that have data taken will be active and displayed.

  4. Search and displays similarly located still shots from other surveys taken within the time period you set, sorted in ascending order.
    Notes: If no points are available for comparison within a close range of the point in the main view, a message "No closest point available for comparison" is displayed.
    Note: You can copy each still shot to the clipboard or display a preview.
    By
    default, 9 stills hots are displayed, and clicking Show more will display 3 more.
  5. Select the still shots you want to export and click [Export] to the output screen.

Export UI

A Selected still shots Displays the selected stills from the lookup screen in a tiled format.
B Detailed still shots Zooms in on each still shot and lists them.
1 HTML Export Exports the current output screen in HTML file format.
2 Print You can utilize your browser's print function to print your screen.
3 Main notes You can leave notes about the main still shot.
4 Stillshot name When the survey was created - displayed as the survey name.
5 Pause Selected Survey button On the lookup screen, the button highlights the duration of the selected survey and the corresponding still shot.
 You can click a different duration button to jump to that stillshot location.
6 Still shot notes You can leave notes about each still shot.
7 Still shot location Displays the location and orientation of each still shot.
