Utilize the Comments as a communication tool for your team. Request team members to check certain parts of the digital twin by mentioning them in the Comment. If you belong to multiple teams you have to select the right team.

Note: 1, 2. Data added by the Super Admin and Site Manager within the 3D workspace is shared/visible to all teams unless a particular team is specified.
3, 4, 5, 6. Permissions are limited within the scope of their team.
Click [Comment ] button in the side bar to activate the Comment list. See the overview of all Comments in the survey on the list.
Click the Comment icon directly on the main screen to view the Comment detail. Check the Comment in the pop-up box or on the side panel with all the replies on the thread.
The Comment number in each Comment represents the number of replies on the Comment. Click the Comment to view the thread.
Filter comments by showing All, Only yours (user’s own comments), or Show resolved comments.
The default filter is set to All with Show resolved Comments toggled off.
Note: Once a Comment is marked as Resolved, the Comment tag will not appear in the 3D workspace but the resolved Comments may be seen using the Show resolved Comments toggle in the side panel.
- If you can not find the comments, check if you're in the right team view. Select the right team to find the comments.
