The Site Profile gives a high-level view of the site. It gives an overview of the site and acts as a hub to help navigate the rest of Beamo.
Who can use this feature?
Navigating the Site Profile
Contains the site’s basic information like address, labels, and thumbnail.
Includes gallery and Information tabs.
Plans are visualized.
Change the way plans are viewed. There are hybrid mode, gallery mode, and list mode.
Shows a timeline view of the captured surveys.
There are three viewing modes in the site profile. The viewing modes display plans differently to best fit your needs.
Hybrid Mode (default): This mode displays a list of plans on the left and the plan on the right.
Gallery Mode: This mode displays only the plans in a gallery view.
|See the name of the plan and the number of the surveys. It represents the number of surveys captured on the selected date in the timeline view.

|Select the light blue blocks to check the surveys taken on those dates. The date when the last survey was taken is selected by default on the timeline.
Navigating the Timeline View
The Timeline View maps captured surveys on a timeline. By default, no date is selected. Clicking on a date filters the surveys and highlights plans with a survey taken on that date.
- To view the captured survey, click the light blue blocks and select the survey you want to view by using the survey selector.
- To move the timeline view, click and drag the timeline view.
- To change the scale, scroll using your mouse wheel. (*If using MacBook, use the trackpad and pinch with two fingers to zoom in and out).
