Viewing and Downloading the Data Overview of All Sites in a Space

Introduction

Data Overview provides a tabular view of the digital twin structure across all sites, allowing administrators to download the data as a CSV file.  You can easily view and export survey structure data for all or selected sites.

	Super Admin	Site Manager	Team Admin	Surveyor	Collaborator	Viewer
Download  Overview

Downloading the Data Overview

1. Click [Setting] button in the header of Home.
2. Select [Overview] under DATA MANAGEMENT.
3. Filter the sites as you need.
   
   
4. Click [Download] on top left of the screen.
5. Select how you want to download. 

   • Download All Sites - Downloads information for all sites in bulk.

   • Download Selected Sites Only - Downloads information for only the selected sites.

6. Confirm the action by clicking [Download].
