Forcing an expiration on a shared survey

Forcing an expiration on a shared survey is available as part of the Beamo Plan(s) Essential, Pro, Enterprise.

 Introduction

A shared survey will expire if there is an expiration date set or if it is removed from the data management page. 

 

Who can use this feature? 

  Super Admin Site Manager Team Admin Surveyor Collaborator Viewer
Update :check_mark: :check_mark: :check_mark: :check_mark: :check_mark: :minus:
Force Expire :check_mark: :check_mark: :check_mark: :check_mark: :check_mark: :minus:

Note: Access is limited to the user's defined permissions.

    1. From Home, navigate to the Settings page.

    2. Click "Overview" under Data Management.

    3. Hover over the survey row and select [Delete]. 

    4. Press [Delete] to confirm the action. 

Note: Once a shared survey is removed, this action cannot be undone.
