Set up a user account before going on an onsite survey. A user logs in with a Space ID, email, and password. If you have multiple Spaces, you can change the Space once you have logged in.

Caution:If you fail to login 3 times, you can not login for 100 seconds.
Note: To provide the best quality while using the Beamo App, the latest version of the app is needed.
Logging into the Beamo App
Launch the Beamo app on the smartphone.
Input your Space ID* and click [Continue].
Enter your Email and click [Continue].
a. In case your account is using SSO, you will be redirected to your Identity Provider to finish the login process.
b. In case your account is NOT using SSO, you will be redirected to input your Password.
Enter your Password.
- Tap [Log in].
Note: If you forget your password, click [Forgot password?] and request the reset link.
Note: The space ID is provided in the invitation email and is the first part of the domain’s URL (i.e https://spaceID.beamo.ai)
Caution: Leaving the app inactivated for more than 12 hours automatically logs out the user.
Logging with 2FA
- Follow the above steps to log in with your Email and Space ID.
- Input either the authenticator/recover code.
- Input the authenticator code generated by the Google Authenticator app.
- If you do not have access to the app, click Use Recovery Code, and enter the recovery code.
- Click [Log in].
