Introduction

3D Workspace is where you interact with the digital twin and collaborate with your team. All the information such as Tags or Comments are added here and is securely shared within the team.

Note: Feature capability may vary by license.  Please refer to the Plans and Packs.

Name of the icon 

A Viewer  This is where you can interact with the digital twin.
B Mini-Map This is the plan of the survey.  Blue points are captured images (points). Move between points by clicking them.
1 Home Click to go back to the home screen.
2 Tag Click to activate the Tag list. 
3 IoT Tag Click to activate the IoT Tag list. 
4 Comment Click to activate the Comment. 
5 Time Comparison Click to activate the Time Comparison. 
6 Measurement  Click to activate the Measurement tool. 
7 Guided Path Click to activate the tracking tour mode.
8 Meet  Click to activate Meet, Beamo's video chatting feature.
9 2D Plan Click to activate the 2D Plan panel.  *Enterprise plan only
10 Timeline Report Click to activate Timeline Report generator. 
11 3D Editor Click to access the 3D Editor.
12 Share Click to activate the share mode and generate a password-protected link or embedded link to share with external users.
13 Path display Display the currently viewed site > Plans > Surveys.
14 Plan selector Click to switch the plans to view its 3D workspace.
15 View Point selector Click to set the view point of the mini-map.
16 Mini-map filter Click to set the display of tags and comments.
17 Mini-map GPS Click to check your current position on the Mini-Map.
18 Zoom In/Out Click to zoom in/out the Mini-Map.
19 Resize Mini-Map Click and drag to resize your Mini-Map.
20 Mini-map popup Click to open the mini-map in a new window.
21 Collapse Mini-Map Click to close the Mini-Map.
22 Survey selector Click to switch the surveys within the plan.
23 Move to the Previous Point Click to return to the previous point.
24 Access URL copy Click to copy the URL of the current point.
25 Clipboard Click to copy a still image of the current point.
26 360 image Annotation Click to annotate on the 360image and download as png file.
27 Zoom In/Out  Click to zoom in or out on the main screen.
28 Full Screen Click to display the viewer in full-screen mode.
29 Magnifier Click to enable the magnifier.
30 Brightness Click to enable the brightness controller Bar.
 31 Creation Date Displays the date and time the survey was created.

Survey Selector

Tap to enable the survey list. The survey list includes the [Site] and [Plan] button.

Search for tags and comments by title. Tap a search result to jump to the corresponding entry.

Tap to switch to Share Mode. Share Mode includes options such as [Password-protected share link] [Embedded link (iframe)] and [Copy access URL.]

A. Viewer

  • You can drag to change view point of the points

  • You can pinch to zoom in/out in the points

  • You can Tap on the Point Hotspot, Tag/Comment icon to interact

    • Point hotspot; move to the target hotspot point
      *tapping near the hotspot will also move to the target hotspot

    • Tag/Comment icon; open detail info sheet of the target tag/comment

B. Header bar

 1. Survery Selector

  • Tap the survey selector icon to open the survey list sheet.
  • Select another survey on the same floor to switch to that survey.
  • Tap the [Site] button to move to the site list screen.
  • Tap the [PLAN] button to move to the plan list screen.

2. Serch

  • Tap the search button to display the search bar.
  • Search for specific items by title, tags, or comments.
  • Tap each item to jump to its location.

3. Share

Generate a password-protected share link

  1. Tap “Share” (Image 3 in the 3D Workspace) to enable the share function.
  2. Tap “Generate Shareable Survey Link”.
  3. Set the title, password, expiration date, and features you want to share (tags, measurements, minimap, route guidance, time comparison), then tap “Generate”.

Generate an Embedded Link (iframe)

  • Tap “Share” (Image 3 in the 3D workspace) to enable the share function.
  • Turn the ‘Password’ toggle button OFF to create an “Embedded (iframe)” link.

Copy and share the survey URL

  • Tap “Copy this survey link” to copy and share the survey (including the opening view).
  • Tap “Copy link to current location point” to copy and share this specific point (including direction).

4. Mini-Map

  • Drag the screen to move the minimap. Pinch to zoom in or out.
  • Tap a point or tag to move to that point or tag.
  • Tap the “Minimap button” again to close the minimap.
  • Tap the “GPS button” to display your current location.

D. Bottom Information Sheet

  • The bottom information sheet has minimum, medium, and maximum sizes and can be closed.
  • You can drag the sheet to scroll or resize it.
    • Scrolling while the list in the bottom information sheet is at the top will resize the sheet.
    • Scrolling when the bottom information sheet is at its maximum size will scroll the list.
  • You can manually resize the sheet beyond the system's standard behavior by dragging the draggable element.

6. Tag

How to View Tags

  1. Tap the tag button to expand the tag list.
  2. Tap each tag item to view detailed information, similar to the desktop version of the 3D workspace.

How to Create Tags

  1. Tap “+ Add” and select ‘Tag’.
  2. Drag the tag box (white dotted line) to move it, or drag the height bar to set the tag's height, then tap “Next”.
  3. Enter the tag title and details.
  4. Upload media files (PDF, images, videos).
  5. Add embed codes or attachments.
  6. Assign categories.
  7. Tap “Save” to complete.

Note: In the mobile 3D workspace, you can use your smartphone camera for tag media.

How to Delete or Edit Tags

Tap the hamburger button next to the tag name, then select ‘Edit’ or “Delete” to perform the action.

 

7. IoT Tag

How to View IoT Tags

IoT Tag List: Tap each IoT tag item to view detailed information, similar to the desktop version of the 3D workspace.

Note: Currently, the mobile 3D workspace does not support “Adding IoT Tags”

 

8. Comment

 

  • Tap the comment button to display the comment list.
  • Tapping each comment allows you to view details and threads, just like on the desktop version.
  • To delete a comment, tap the toggle button next to it and select “Delete” or ‘Edit’ to make changes as needed.
  • Tap “+ Add” to add a new comment. 

Note: In the mobile 3D workspace, you can use your smartphone camera for comment media.

9. Notification

  • Tap to view the notification list.
  • Select and tap a notification to navigate to the corresponding location.
