Organizing users and teams is available as part of the Beamo Plan(s) Enterprise.
Learn how to get more out of Beamo with Plans and Packs.

Beamo utilizes a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system to manage user access permissions, providing a flexible and secure user management system to meet the organic and fluid nature of modern organizations.

Users are organized into System Users and Users to define how much access they have to a specific site.  Users within a Beamo space are further organized into teams but there are also system-level users who have system administrative functions.

System Users do not belong to any team but have limited access to all teams.

Team Users exist within a specific team that is explicitly assigned to them. They may exist in multiple teams and their roles may vary depending on the team.

Note: A user is either a system-level user (Super Admin or Site Manager) or a Team User. They cannot be both at the same time.
