Duplicating the survey

Duplicating the survey is available as part of the Beamo Plan(s) Essential, Pro, Enterprise.

Introduction 

Duplicate the surveys from the Site Profile using the list view mode.

Who can use this feature? 

  Super Admin Site Manager Team Admin Surveyor Collaborator Viewer

Note: Certain survey information is duplicated. (See the following chart for which information is duplicated.)

Duplicating the survey

  1. From the side panel of the home screen, select the site.
  2. Switch to the list view mode. 
  3. Select plan.
  4. Hover over the survey you want to delete and click the kebab menu.
  5. Select [Duplicate].
  6. Confirm the action.

Note: Depending on the number of images in the survey, it takes a couple of minutes to finalize the process.

  1. Click the [Edit] button on the right side of the survey to open the survey editor.
  2. Double-click and type the new name in the top left box.
