Creating and removing a survey group

 

Introduction

Surveys can be grouped together for the purpose of the organization and/or permission control of groups of surveys.

 

Who can use this feature? 

  Super Admin Site Manager Team Admin Surveyor Collaborator Viewer

Create/edit survey groups

Creating a survey group

  1. From home, side panel, select the site.

  2. Switch the plan view mode to the list view mode.

  3. Select the plan.

  4. Click on the folder icon on the top right corner.


Removing or editing a survey group

  1. From home, side panel, select the site.

  2. Switch the plan view mode to the list view mode.

  3. Click the plan you want to remove or edit your survey group from.

  4. Hover on top of the survey group and click the kebab menu

  5. Click on edit or delete

  6. Confirm the action.

Adding surveys to the group

Click and drag surveys to add them to the group.

 

Removing surveys from the group

To remove, go into the group and click and drag it into the first line.
