Issue symptom

The 360° Camera Won’t Connect

 

Possible Causes

Cause 1. Beamo app (iOS) does not have permission to access the local network

Cause 2. Beamo app (iOS) does not have permission to access the camera

 

Solution

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Scroll down and select “Beamo”
  3. Enable access to “Local Network” and “Camera”.

 

Note: After changing settings, please restart the Beamo app.
