Recovering my password

Issue symptom

I can not log in to my Beamo account because I forgot my password. 

Resolution steps 

You can request a password reset at the log in page of Beamo App and Beamo Portal.

Note: This process is only applicable to accounts that do not use SSO.

Beamo App

  1. Enter your Space ID and click [Continue].
  2. Click [Forgot password?] at login.
  3. Input your Email address.  
  4. Click [Send].
  5. Check your email and follow the instructions to set up a new Password.

Beamo Portal 

  1. Enter your Space ID and click [Continue].
  2. Click [Forgot password?] at login.
  3. Input your Email address.  
  4. Click [Send instructions].
  5. Check your email and follow the instructions to set up a new Password.
