Issue symptom
I can not log in to my Beamo account because I forgot my password.
Resolution steps
You can request a password reset at the log in page of Beamo App and Beamo Portal.
Note: This process is only applicable to accounts that do not use SSO.
Beamo App
- Enter your Space ID and click [Continue].
- Click [Forgot password?] at login.
- Input your Email address.
- Click [Send].
- Check your email and follow the instructions to set up a new Password.
Beamo Portal
- Enter your Space ID and click [Continue].
- Click [Forgot password?] at login.
- Input your Email address.
- Click [Send instructions].
- Check your email and follow the instructions to set up a new Password.
