I am having trouble logging into Beamo.

There are several reasons why you may be having trouble logging in or why you have been locked out of your account. Find the section below that matches your problem and product to help you log in again.

Is your password correct? See here to find your password.

Is your Space ID* correct? If you forget your Space ID, you can find it in the invitation email from Beamo. If you do not have the invitation email, please contact your admin.

Is your role "Collaborator" or "Viewer"? Your role has to be upgraded as "Surveyor" or "Team Admin" to log in to the Beamo App. Please contact your admin. See more details here about user roles and permissions.
