I am having trouble logging into Beamo

Issue symptom

I am having trouble logging into Beamo.

 

Resolution steps 

There are several reasons you may be having trouble logging in or have been locked out of your account. Find the section below that matches your problem and product to get help logging in.

 

Beamo App

  • Is your password correct?  See here to find your password.

  • Is your Space ID correct?  See here to find your space ID.

  • Is your role "Collaborator"  or "Viewer"?  Your role has to be upgraded as "Surveyor" "Team Admin" to log in to Beamo App.  Please contact your admin.  See detail here for user role and permission.  

 

Beamo Portal

  • Is your password correct?  See here to find your password.

  • Is your Space ID correct?  See here to find your space ID.

  • Do you use the right password and Space ID but still have trouble logging in?
