Downloading the User List

Downloading the User List is available as part of the Beamo Plan(s) Essential, Pro, Enterprise.
Learn how to get more out of Beamo with Plans and Packs.

Introduction

Users with Super Admin or Team Admin permissions can download the current user list in CSV format.
You can either download the entire user list, or download only the users filtered by the current conditions.

Downloading the User List

  1. Click the [Setting] button in the header of Home.
  2. Select [User] or [Team] under USER MANAGEMENT.
  3. Filter the user if needed.

  4. Click the [Download] on top left of the screen.

    • All Users - Downloads information for all user in bulk.

    • Filter Applied Only - Downloads information for only the selected user.
