Managing users profiles and roles is available as part of the Beamo Plan(s) Essential, Pro, Enterprise.

Who can use this feature? 

  Super Admin Site Manager Team Admin Surveyor Collaborator Viewer
Manage users :check_mark: :minus: :check_mark: :minus: :minus: :minus:

Super admins manage system users while the team admins manage only the users of their own team. 

The following information are updated from a user’s profile. (Additional values can be edited from your own user profile.)

  • Edit the profile image
  • Edit the user name
  • Change user roles
  • Send password reset email

Modifying users from Teams

    1. Click the [Settings] in the header of Home.
    2. Select My Teams from the dropdown menu.
    3. Click on the user that needs editing.
    4. Make the changes.
    5. Click [Save].

Modifying users from the Space

The following information can be updated in the user list.

  • Edit the profile image
  • Edit user name
  • Change user roles
  • Change user type
  • Send password reset email

    1. Click the [Settings] in the header of Home.
    2. Select Users under User Management.
    3. Click on the user that needs to be edited.
    4. Make the changes.
    5. Click [Save].
