Introduction
To set up your user account, log in to the Beamo Portal with a Space ID, email, and password. For accounts with multiple spaces, you may switch spaces after logging in.

Caution: If you fail to login 3 times, you can not login for 100 seconds.
Logging into the Beamo Portal
General Login
- Go to https://accounts.beamo.ai
- Input your Space ID*and click [Continue].

Enter your Email and click [Continue].
a. In case your account is using SSO, you will be redirected to your Identity Provider to finish the login process.
b. In case your account is NOT using SSO, you will be redirected to input your Password - Enter your Password.
- Click [Log in].
After logging in successfully, it will take you to the Home screen.
Note:
- The space ID is provided in the invitation email and is the first part of the domain’s URL (i.e https://spaceID.beamo.ai)
- If you forgot the account info, click [Forgot account?] and request the reset link.
Logging with 2FA
- Follow the above steps to log in with your Email and Space ID.
- Input either the authenticator/recover code.
- Input the authenticator code generated by the Google Authenticator app.
- If you do not have access to the app, click Use Recovery Code, and enter the recovery code.
- Click [Log in].
Switching the spaces (Users with multiple spaces)
Once logged in, switch between Spaces through your user profile.
- Click the [Profile picture icon] in the header.
- Select the space you want to access.
